The property opens onto a bright reception room which leads to an open-plan kitchen and dining space at the rear end. You will notice immediately the high ceilings, real wooden flooring and natural light of the home. Decorated simply in neutral shades of cream and beige, the living space has two sofas by an impressive stone fireplace. Splashes of colour come from pop art on the walls which are a unique feature throughout the property.

The kitchen and dining space is finished to a very high standard with lots of sun light coming through the concertina back doors. The kitchen is equipped with modern facilities such as a concealed dishwasher, coffee maker and finished with wooden worktop surfaces. The rustic looking metal and wood dining table is conveniently nearby and seats up to 8 with colourful chairs. You will find there is plenty of built in storage space on the ground floor to store coats and other items. On the first floor half-landing is a utility room with a WC where the washing machine, tumble dryer and other essentials are stored.

Across the hall is the master suite which boasts spacious proportions and two windows pouring in natural light. Its en-suite bathroom is finished with a double basin sink and both a walk-in shower and roll-top bath. There is a small terrace which can be accessed from the half landing between the first and second floors. Decked and lined with plants, it is an absolute sun trap in warm weather - guest can enjoy a drink or breakfast al fresco. The second floor contains two double bedrooms. The first is a good-sized room finished with powder blue paint and a pretty flower and butterfly stencil feature on the wall. This bedroom is rear-facing with a small window letting in light. The third bedroom is a much larger double also finished in pastel blue with two street-facing windows. There is a shared bathroom between these two bedrooms which has a bathtub and shower unit attachment. You will find the fourth bedroom encompasses the entire top floor of the house. This spacious room has its own little terrace, ideal to sit out and enjoy a drink from. The bed is King-sized and there is a further single bed in here to accommodate one more. The en-suite has two windows and a double-basin sink with lighted mirrors as well as a bathtub with a shower unit attachment. Additionally, the lower level of this home is also available to sleep two guests. It has its own kitchen and spacious reception room as well as a private patio garden.
