Venture into nearby Westward Ho! and you will find two miles of beautiful golden sandy beach, perfect for those who enjoy the sun and surf, and from here you can also enjoy some spectacular cliff-top walks on the South West Coast Path. The town itself also offers an array of amenities including a championship golf course, tennis courts, alongside a great selection of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Also nearby, the pretty town of Bideford boasts an array of independent shops and from here you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. Other attractions accessible from here include Appledore and Clovelly, Instow, Hartland Abbey and Quay, Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal.

Stepping inside this stunning property you will firstly find yourself in the spacious entrance hall offering a warm and welcoming ambience, and a ground floor separate WC. Completing the offering on the ground floor is a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Venturing up the handcrafted oak staircase and onto the first floor you will then discover the beautiful bedrooms, all decorated in a gorgeous modern country style, and these comprise a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room with WC, a king-size with double aspect windows and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, a pretty bunk-bedroom and a cosy twin bedroom. A bathroom with hand-held shower over bath and WC, services these two latter rooms. Accessed externally yet adjoining the main house, there is a separate cottage and this offers further wheelchair accessible accommodation in the shape of a studio style lounge/diner/bedroom with a TV and DVD, twin beds and French doors to the patio. Also handily arranged on the same level and included in the cottage, a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer provides an alternative area to cook, and a spacious wet room with shower and WC means that you can easily clean up after a day at the beach.

Heading outside and located to the rear of the property, a large enclosed south-facing patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ provides a great place to relax in the sun or dine al fresco. Further to this guests can enjoy access to a generous tiered lawn garden with climbing frame and garden games. Ample private off-road parking is provided on the driveway.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
