Located in the village of Cooden close to Bexhill on Sea, a pretty Sussex town on the coast that offers plenty of relaxation and family entertainment, with a good array of independent shops restaurants, cafes and pubs. The property is located directly on the beach so is ideal for keen swimmers and water sports enthusiasts. It is close to the countryside offering, a great place to enjoy a variety of countryside walks, cycling and horse riding, and just a short drive from the De La Warr Pavilion which hosts exhibitions and events throughout the year. Nearby is the seaside town of Eastbourne, which is home to the Towner Art Gallery, and numerous theatres. Families will enjoy exploring the many castles, gardens and family attractions on offer in the wider area.
Step into the spacious hallway, which guides you through to the light and airy contemporary lounge/diner which is the perfect space to entertain. The dining table seats everyone and is ideal for large family meals. Afterwards, relax in front of the contemporary gas flame fire on the large comfy sofas and enjoy a film on the TV/DVD or soak up the spectacular sunsets by relaxing in the sun room on one of the two armchairs or sofa overlooking the beach. The kitchen leads off from the dining area and is well-equipped with an electric oven and a large induction hob, American style fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, combination microwave, TV and a large breakfast bar, a sociable place to gather for morning coffee or to chat whilst dinner is prepared. A small table and chairs offer an ideal place for a quick snack. A separate utility room leads off the kitchen and is equipped with an additional fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. The downstairs area is completed with a double bedroom and a separate WC, and a cupboard with a large selection of books and games. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor to four bedrooms: a super-king-size bedroom with TV and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC, a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower over whirlpool bath and WC. Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
