This remarkable coastal property has been fitted and furnished to a delightful standard, offering the perfect bolt hole for a family retreat. The beach is within easy distance of your front door.

Completed in 2017 this impressive three storey detached house is an idyllic coastal retreat and is situated in an elevated position taking advantage of far-reaching views over Bideford Bay, the Bristol Channel and towards Lundy Island. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is roaming the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The village has a choice of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, amusements and a championship links golf course. The riverside market town of Bideford is a short drive and offers shops and pannier market, the port is also home to the Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. The fishing village of Appledore is close by, with a tidal passenger ferry to Instow. Barnstaple is just 10 miles away with shopping, cinema and theatre.

Stepping into the property you are welcomed by light and spacious rooms the lounge on your right has comfortable sofas and Smart TV/DVD so you can watch your favourite programme or catch up on the latest movies. The kitchen/diner is on your left and provides everything you need to cook a snack or a full family meal with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bi-folding doors lead to a sunny conservatory with further comfy seating and doors leading out to the rear garden. There is a useful WC in the hall way. Heading upstairs on the first floor are three bedrooms a double with en suite shower and WC and TV, one twin and one double bedroom, with sea glimpses and TV. There is a spacious bathroom with bath and WC. Up a further flight of stairs leading to the master bedroom suite with king-size bed, a TV, a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room with tea and coffee facilities and an en-suite shower and WC. There is a peaceful seating area in front of the French doors that open onto a balcony with sea views and seating, fabulous for a leisurely breakfast - or an evening glass of wine whilst watching the sun set.

Stepping outside you have a rear sunny garden area which has an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. The front of the property there is a large driveway leading to a large garage/games room with pool table, table tennis and table football. Off-road parking for up to four cars (three at the front and one at the rear).

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Great house and brilliant location. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The games room is a fantastic idea to keep the kids occupied. Homely house with good amount of off road parking. Would definitely recommend !

Absolutely lovely property. Well equipped and decorated. Felt like a home from home. Owners made us feel very welcome and the extras were much appreciated. There were 6 adults and 2 children and the spacious accommodation and games room meant we all had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our holiday at Cima Vista. There wasnt anything more we could have wished for. Property was very clean and well equipped. We stayed for a week, loved the house, surrounding area and there were some fantastic beaches and child-friendly things to do nearby. The owners are very polite and helpful, and the games room was a blessing for the the kids (big and small). There were some lovely touches too! A couple of bottles of wine and fresh flowers.

A very well equipped and well presented property. Very pleasant and helpful owners. The games room was appreciated. An excellent location with some good views. We would certainly recommend this cottage/ property to our friends and family.
