We enjoyed our break at the cottage- it had a very homely feel, rather than a luxe/ showy feel. This was what we were looking for as we were travelling with 3 generations. The hot tub was popular with the kids and adults alike (even in December!). I enjoyed running in the local countryside. We didn't venture too far from the cottage itself- we madeRead more it to the pub in Cannington for a Boxing Day lunch and to the M&S foodhall to top up supplies. Hide

Hornbeam cottage was lovely. Everything you could ask for. We travelled with 4 adults, 2 teenagers & 2 under 5s. Very spacious and the hot tub was enjoyed by everyone. We had a great few days.

We stayed at Hornbeam in Aug 2019. It is a barn conversion that has been done very tastefully and sympathetically. The cottage was ideal for our purposes, with four good sized bedrooms. We loved the solid beams, and the low ceilings. Even though I am 6'4", I did not bump my head once during the week. The WiFi coverage throughout the cottage was fasRead moret and consistent; no having to log in via captive portals etc.. Proper WiFi. We all enjoyed Monty's occasional visits. My wife loved the hot tub. Hide
