Should a spot of retail therapy be desired the renowned Bicester Village luxury shopping outlet will satisfy even the most ardent shopper while easy access to London ensures the widest array of experiences can be found.

Arriving at the farmhouse you will enter the spacious hallway with space to store coats and shoes. Moving through to the lounge the bi-folding doors to the rear flood the room with light while providing great views over countryside. The large open fire creates a focal point and ensures even the coolest of evenings are warm and cosy for guests to relax in the comfy sofas and chairs, a great space to catch up with friends and family and plan the next day’s activities while any must see programmes can be watched on the TV/DVD. The open-plan kitchen/breakfast room is certainly a place for entertaining and likely to be the hub of the home with large dining table suitable for celebrating any occasion and bi-folding doors opening up onto the patio area with further seating. The kitchen with centre island is fully equipped for cooking for larger parties with an aga style oil fired oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The games room with pool table and seating is ideal for any downtime and will be a hit with both adults and children alike. For those looking for a moment of quiet time to enjoy a good book or perhaps one of the available board games, the snug with sofa and chairs is an ideal choice to separate from the main group. A utility room housing both washing machine and tumble dryer also has a door to the garden and is ideal for washing down muddy boots or paws. Completing the ground floor accommodation is a separate WC. The farmhouse has two staircases to the first floor where guests will find five bedrooms. The first is a super-king-size with en-suite shower room with shower and WC. The second and third both have double beds, one with an en-suite shower room. The fourth is a light and airy twin room with an interconnecting door to one of the doubles and lastly another twin bedroom, this time with a slightly restricted head height due to low ceiling. The remainder of the garden is laid to lawn and is perfect for children and pets to run off any excess energy. The patio area provides a fantastic place to enjoy al fresco dining with gas BBQ and garden furniture while admiring the views over countryside towards the castle.
