Cardigan Bay House and apartment sit in an elevated position with stunning views of Cardigan Bay.  The large detached house comfortable sleeps 10,  with en-suite bedrooms and the adjacent self contained apartment,  over two floors, sleeps 2 and there’s also a great 6 person hot tub to enjoy.  It's  an ideal place for family holidays, special celebrations, wedding parties and also team building events.  Surrounded by mature gardens there's no better place to enjoy an evening drink whilst watching the sun go down. .   Add to this the wonderful local sandy beaches, a variety of water sports, the coastal path network and the pods of Dolphins in the bay your sure to have a fabulous stay. 

Lying in the charming seaside resort of Aberaeron, this spacious cottage is big enough to host the whole family for those all-important occasions. Comfortably sleeping ten guests in the main house with a self-contained annexe accommodating two more, this fabulous property boasts easy access to the picturesque Ceredigion coastline. With its wonderful array of walks and cycle rides, plus some of the best beaches in Wales, this stretch of coast has something for visitors of all ages. And as this cottage features its own private hot tub, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind together. There's even room for the dog too.

Pull up to one of six off-road parking spaces and discover a property bursting with space and character. Inside, yellows, blues and greens give this property a lovely retro feel. Kick off your shoes in the welcoming reception area and lead on to the eye-catching dining room. With high ceilings, a feature fireplace and beautiful seaside views, it's sure to give your celebrations that extra special feel. After dinner, cosy up in the lounge by the warmth of the rustic wood burner before retiring to one of the cottage's six bedrooms. Five doubles, four of which are en-suite, plus an en-suite twin ensure guests of all ages can enjoy their own space. Communal areas certainly aren't in short supply though. The bright and airy kitchen features a farmhouse dining table, ideal for planning the day's adventure over breakfast. The fabulous garden meanwhile includes a lovely patio area for lazing in the sun. That's before you hop into your very own private hot tub of course! The detached annexe offers a great alternative for those seeking a little solitude. With its own open-plan kitchen and living area plus access to a private balcony, it offers couples some well-earned peace and quiet.

Ideally situated between Aberaeron and New Quay, this cottage is in a prime location to discover the very best of the West Wales coast. Take a day trip into Aberaeron (2 miles) and discover a charming harbour plus a beautiful array of independent shops and eateries. Or try and spot some dolphins on a boat trip from New Quay (5 miles). If you're after pristine beaches, travel down the coast to Mwnt (20 miles) for a true hidden gem. Or for a range of walks for all capabilities, simply join the West Wales coastal path network and see where your feet take you. Closer to home, a handy shop and the local pub are both within 500 yards.

The cottage is s brilliant size & as all the bedrooms are ensuite & more or less equal size, everyone was very happy with their/No falling out!!! The outside dining area is lovely & spacious ideal for our party to enjoy our breakfasts & evening meal alfresco & together admiring the fabulous views.

Wow what can we say, what a amazing place. The house was stunning with more equipment than anyone could possibly need. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The living areas were lovely and cosy, and as two families loved to spend time together but plenty of space for you to be alone if you wanted. The owners were very helpful and friendly and nothRead moreing was to much trouble. The location was perfect to have your choice of stunning beaches. We can not wait to go again it was truly amazing Hide

We had a lovely family Christmas at Cardigan Bay House. The house was beautifully warm with lots of room for the whole family to spread out. The tree, Christmas crackers and bottles of wine were a nice touch and we even found time to enjoy the hot tub. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home for Christmas!

A lovely house in a gorgeous location. The house was very spacious with all bedrooms an excellent size. Was nice that all rooms were en-suite also. We were lucky enough to have perfect weather and enjoyed sitting out in the garden area. There were bottles of wine, a cake, fudge and even dog treats on arrival which was a nice added touch.
