This detached house is a light, contemporary home. Begin in the cheery kitchen and dining space. Head through to the lounge, a comfortable and cosy room with a wood burner for extra warmth. French doors lead into the conservatory, a sunny garden room with a stylish seating area, or you might want to roll straight out to the garden. A beautiful home, perfect for what we needed. In a great location close to local amenities. The fire was the perfect addition to make the winter evenings cosy. The owner was really helpful when we weren't sure of a few things. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We quite liked the house for two couples, a few issues with cobwebs in conservatory. Plenty of kitchen items. Exiting the property is very dangerous as its very hard to see oncoming traffic and no one stops to let you out. Garden furniture not as advert photos, garden overgrown and needs some tlc. Pool table not flat, badly warped. House about a miRead morele from centre of Bude. Welcome pack was appreciated. Plenty of storage in garage/utility room. Hide

This property is absolutely lovely and very well equipped. But like other people have said, it needs a good deep clean. The location is brilliant and about a 3 minute drive from the beach.

A lovely place to base yourself for Bude and the surrounding area. The owner is extremely helpful if you need anything during your stay.

Location, comfort and space is very impressive. As five adults, we slept well and enjoyed spreading out around the house. Unfortunately the kitchen was very disappointing - it is a great room but poorly organised, tired furniture and wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as other properties we have stayed at.

Owner decorated the property for us for Xmas and left us some treats which was lovely and thoughtful. The location is good as it is close enough to walk to the town and beach but far enough away to be quiet. Property needs TLC and a deep clean.

The house is about 15/20 minutes walk from Bude town centre which for some people could be a bit challenging if you have health conditions as its an incline on the way back. Good for parking.

Excellent location up the hills in Bude. About 5-10 minutes walk to a small retail park as well as a bowling and soft play center + indoor swimming pool. Maybe about 15-20 minutes walk to the local beach and center of town. Even though it's on a main road, it wasn't noisy as it's slightly set back. There are a wide range of cooking utensils and a bRead moreig stove. Rooms are clean and bright, the "play room" with the pool table is not great. Just a garage which isn't safe for kids at all. Great location but getting out can be a bit tricky with it been onto a main road but you get the hang of it. There was 4 Adults and 4 Kids plenty of room for us all to be either in kitchen or living room all together. Comfortable beds. Read a review on noise from road, we did have the downstairs bedroom and window wide open so yes you could hear roRead moread and people noise but didn't bother us that much. Couple who slept upstairs heard nothing so if you're a light sleeper sleep upstairs Hide

Beautiful house in great location. Great sized rooms especially the kitchen. Added bonus of a conservatory which was great to sit in during the evenings, especially when it was sunny. Lots of space, especially for the 2 year old that was with us. Will definitley book again if we come back to Cornwall
