This spacious semi-detached Georgian home is within walking distance of Ilfracombe’s town and Tunnels Beaches. Offering an excellent location for families and groups of friends to get together and explore the year-round activities which are all within walking distance. Great places to eat line the harbour and the lower town. For keen walkers, the Torrs Walk is worth a visit and joins up with the South West Coast Path. Ilfracombe’s pretty harbour is interesting and offers fishing charters and pleasure cruises around the coast or to Lundy Island. For those who want to try their hand at surfing, the popular beach of Woolacombe is just a short drive away.

This large accommodation is arranged over three floors. Entering the property, you are greeted by an entrance hall with the large lounge to your right with large bay window, high ceilings and elegantly furnished comfy sofas adorn this room, some gathered around the open fire and some focus on the Smart TV/DVD with Sky Movies package. French doors lead out from the rear of the lounge onto the terraced patio garden. The kitchen/diner is impressive with well-equipped, contemporary kitchen with range style electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A utility room houses the washing machine and a separate WC sits just off the utility area. Dine in comfort and style with ample seating for eight people. Heading up to the first floor there are three bedrooms and the family bathroom with bath with hand-held shower and WC. The bedrooms on this floor consist of one king-size with TV and an en-suite shower room and WC. The next two bedroom consist of a twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) and a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a 2'6" twin on request). Up another flight of stairs to the second floor is the master bedroom with king-size bed, TV, seating area with views over Ilfracombe and an en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Stepping outside is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ, with steps leading up to an Astro turf terrace area with rattan furniture. There is unrestricted roadside parking available, subject to availability.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
