A commanding location with good views, but its position requires mobility for walking to and fro because of the hilltop position.

Undoubtedly this is a lovely property in a great location, however, it is showing signs of wear and tear and needs more investment to bring it to a standard that warrants the high rental costs,

While the cottage is very well presented a couple of things let it down - very slippery steps and path to the house. A bug problem - so that we were constantly vacuuming up dead bugs.
