Large detached property, with enclosed garden, hot tub and BBQ. Situated a short drive from the City of Dundee, Carnoustie and Glamis and within walking distance to a leisure complex and golf course.

This large detached house has a home from home feel ideal for extended family holidays, with great facilities on your doorstep, there is a private leisure centre within a short walk away.  The leisure centre has an indoor pool, soft play, bike and Segway hire, archery, as well as a spa, restaurant and bar.  The property is close to the cities of Perth and Dundee both have fantastic shopping facilities and amenities with the new V&A art gallery due to open in September 2018. A great location if you are looking to visit the Cairngorms which is just 30 miles away, Pitlochry and Glamis Castle are definitely worth a visit and hosts a number of great events throughout the year from Highland Games, Halloween events, outside cinema shows and The Proms.

Entering the house into the large hallway go through the French doors into the bright spacious lounge with TV/DVD, a great place to play a game of scrabble or watch a movie from the selection of DVD's. There is a ground floor twin bedroom with TV and doors offering direct access out into the enclosed garden. Next door to the bedroom there is a WC. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, wine cooler, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a small breakfast table within the kitchen area, and direct access from the kitchen into the formal dining room which seats ten. From the kitchen walk through to the conservatory which is a great chill out space with an array of books to sit back, relax and enjoy.   The conservatory allows access out to the garden and BBQ and the double doors open out onto the patio and hot tub making this area a very sociable area to enjoy as a family. There is also a downstairs wet room and a utility room off the kitchen which has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading upstairs you will find a family bathroom with corner bath and large seperate shower, there are a further four bedrooms, one twin, one double, one king-size and a super-king-size master bedroom which has a TV and en-suite bathroom featuring WC and separate shower.

There is a large drive which can accommodate up to four cars, the rear garden is enclosed with a large lawn and patio area with hot tub and gas BBQ.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

Lovely house which is very roomy. Hot tub was loved by our 4 girls. all mod cons with sky TV washer and dryer 3 separate showers and toilets a great asset. highly recommend the Zoo at Camperdowns Park which is great value for Money and only 10 mins away. Also if you are lucky like us you may get to see the River Tay Dolphins at Broughty Ferry BeachRead more / Castle. (Try around 5 or 6pm with the tide coming in). Hide

Property manager who met us on arrival was very helpful and accommodating. The house was just as described, set in a quiet location but with Piper Dam leisure resort close by. The house was clean, well equipped and the garden being totally enclosed was great for the children to run about in safely.
