Indulgent, luxurious and sophisticated, Belgravia House is a stylish large house within walking distance of some of London’s trendiest neighbourhoods, from Elizabeth Street and Sloane Square to Knightsbridge.

Equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual technology, the impeccably renovated property sleeps 12 guests across six stunning bedrooms. A combination of luxuriant emperor, king-size and double beds are adorned with cushions, elegant bed linen and lavish throws, set within spacious and equally sumptuous rooms.

Chandeliers, statement mirrors, silk carpets, floor to ceiling curtains, black and white photography and stylish occasional chairs are common features of the bedrooms, three of which are serviced by beautifully designed, en-suite bath or shower rooms. The master en suite boasts an Aquavision TV to watch while you soak in the bath. The final three bedrooms share an opulent bathroom with solid marble-topped vanity unit, large bath and shower.

Throughout the house, surround sound, sophisticated lighting, electric curtains and centralised audio-visual systems are well suited to entertaining your guests on a group getaway. The air-conditioning across the house will keep you comfortable whatever the weather in London, and all the floors, even the garden, are fitted with under-floor heating.

The kitchen is stylish and elegant, with bespoke furniture and fittings throughout. The kitchen was designed by ‘Fargain’ and boasts solid walnut units, a stylish breakfast bar, double American fridge freezer and Meile appliances, including an integrated coffee machine. Cooking here is a pleasure, and the fruits of your labour can be enjoyed in the opulent drawing room or spacious upstairs dining room. There is a further kitchen in the basement, also designed by ‘Fargain’, perfect for guests in your party who need a little extra independence.

The living room is bright and spacious, with original features including 2 large French windows leading to the front balcony which overlooks the prestigious street. Herringbone oak floors, cream sofas and chairs, marble tables, stylish wool rugs and geometric lights and mirrors add to the feeling of luxury. An open fire and large TV make it the perfect entertainment room.

Other socialising spaces include the drawing room, cinema room with 50” plasma screen and the garden which is tiled with limestone and boasts a feature fireplace, outdoor sofas, lanterns, coffee table and atmospheric lighting.

Guests are also granted access to a grade II listed, two-hectare communal garden which features mature trees, a tennis court and wooden pergolas.

SLEEPS 12: 6 luxurious bedrooms: 2 with emperor beds, 2 with king-size beds and 2 with double beds. 3 of the bedrooms are en suite.

ADDITIONAL BEDS: 2 baby cots are available on request.

COOK + DINE: Open-plan kitchen on first floor split from the drawing room by double sliding doors. The main kitchen is equipped to the highest standard with bespoke walnut and silver units, Meile appliances, double fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, microwave, Nespresso Machine and wine cooler. The dining room boasts an attractive gas fireplace and has space for 12 to dine comfortably. The basement kitchen is similarly well-equipped with Meile appliances: fridge, dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, washer and dryer. 2 high chairs are available on request.

RELAX: The first floor living room is luxurious and comfortable, with several large sofas, stylish cushioned chairs, a fire place and TV. The drawing room adjoining the kitchen has a fireplace, oval table and seating. The cinema room on the ground floor features a large screen plasma TV and a further fire place.

BATHE: 4 bathrooms: Master en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, 2 en-suite shower rooms and 1 shared bathroom with bath and shower.

OUTSIDE: Limestone paved garden with fireplace, comfortable outdoor sofas, coffee table and atmospheric lighting.

The attractions of London are within easy reach, and the city is waiting to be experienced: go shopping at Harrods (0.8 miles), dining in the finest restaurants, watch the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace (1 mile), marvel at the collection in the Victoria and Albert Museum (1.4 miles) or stand in awe for a quiet moment at Westminster Abbey (1.1 miles).
