The stunning Yorkshire dales and the beautiful Yorkshire coast are within easy driving distance.
Enter the house to an imposing reception hall with galleried landing. Double doors lead to the cinema room with a large screen and deep comfortable sofas. This room also has a wood burning stove which is perfect for watching a family film around the roaring fire. There is also a charming sitting room in shades of greens and blues with sofa and comfortable chairs, providing a lovely spot to sit and relax. A small library with easy chairs and books is an ideal space to catch up on the day’s newspapers. At the heart of the barn conversion is a spacious farmhouse kitchen which boasts plenty of appliances and space to cook as a family with large table and chairs. The kitchen with its beech work surfaces and windows overlooks the garden and has an electric range cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. A separate utility room with washing machine, dryer can be found close by. Up its own flight of stairs is a self contained suite which offers a king-size zip-and link bedroom (can be made into twin upon request) and a separate sitting room with sofa, TV and small library of books.
