Luxury holiday home in a suburban location 3 miles from the centre of the lovely town of Ayr. The tastefully decorated, interiors and exteriors are very appealing and with excellent features throughout, this is a great choice for an extended family break with friends and family. There is lots of space for up to 13 guests across five large bedrooms, two living areas, dining room and safe enclosed garden to relax or play in.

A lovely choice for larger family groups or for a friends’ reunion, this comfortable suburban home-from-home is well-equipped with familiar comforts and helpful facilities to help you and your guests have a memorable break.  Features include a great lounge/kitchen/dining area at the rear of the house overlooking the garden. You can unwind and enjoy your favourite movies on one of the TVs throughout the house after a long day out. Although there’s nothing like gathering everyone together to watch a family classic.  The kitchen is well-equipped with a double oven, a hob, coffee machine and a breakfast bar to sit at whilst eating a quick meal on the hoof.  Nearby is a utility room with dishwasher, fridge, and more. Ten guests can sit in the dining area too if you’re planning on cooking a large meal.

Sleeping 13 guests across five bedrooms, some of the rooms have lovely garden views. One of the bedrooms is a family room with two double beds contained, and an en-suite bathroom. There are also three double bedrooms – one bedroom with a single bed for a child. The tidy garden has a patio which has outdoor dining furniture and seating for four guests.  With the kitchen close by, dining al fresco is a very attractive dinnertime option. 

SLEEPS: Accommodation for 13 guests across five bedrooms including: two doubles in the master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bathroom, 4 bedrooms with king-sized beds, one with an additional single bed for a child.

BATHE: One bathroom with shower cubicle, bath and WC, also 1 en-suite bathroom with sinks and wardrobe storage space.

ADDITIONAL BEDS: 1 reclining bed for guests in one of the double bedrooms.

COOK + DINE: There is a generously sized kitchen and dining space for guests who love entertaining and putting on a great feast. The excellent kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven hob, 2 ovens, a coffee machine and ample workspace.  The dining room has seating for all guests as well as additional seating at the breakfast bar in the kitchen area.

RELAX: The living areas are characterised by comfortable seating to lay back on and recuperate after a long day of exploration.

OUTSIDE: Large enclosed garden to the rear with a patio and garden furniture. There is a lawn for relaxation and play. To the front of the house, there is a double driveway and a small front lawn.

TECH: TV and free Wi-Fi throughout the property should make the holiday even more enjoyable.

PLAY: Large garden and hundreds of DVD's to choose from.

PETS: 1 well behaved dog permitted. £65 additional cleaning fee. 

VENUE HIRE: Corporate groups welcome. This property does not cater for weddings.

LOCATION: Ayr is the main town in the south western Scottish county of Ayrshire. With many excellent visitor attractions for young and old including a seaside promenade and a beach, Ayr is a firm family favourite. The town has world-famous associations with the poet and writer Robert Burns. Ayr also has a great shopping centre with high street favourites and independents to explore and find mementoes from your trip. Ayr and nearby Troon are ferry ports, so you can go across the Firth of Clyde to the Isle of Arran or Kintyre. Trains to Glasgow are frequent and often direct cutting through the lovely Scottish countryside.

LOCAL AREA: The property is located 3 miles from Ayr Beach, with good links to the local road network. Its quiet location is easy to find along a modern suburban street.  There are local shops close by for convenience, with many of the main visitor attractions and facilities being in the town centre - look for signs for the Kyle Centre.

ACTIVITIES NEARBY: The National Trust manages all the local attractions associated with the writer Robert Burns. These include the lovely Burns Memorial Gardens and the Robert Burns’ Birthplace Museum. Also take in the fresh air at Alloway, the real-life setting and inspiration for the poem Tam O’Shanter. Don’t forget to visit the Brig o’Doon, another important Burns’ site.  You can also play golf at no less than three courses in and around Ayr’s immediate area. Even better, if you love racing, Ayr Racecourse has regular meetings, so be sure to check the fixtures in advance if you fancy a flutter.
