This well positioned property has been furnished to a high standard and offers a fabulous holiday home for families or groups of friends.

Come and stay in this traditional North Devon fishing village with its nautical past and lots to explore. Within a short walk are shops, galleries, family pubs serving food, restaurants and the Maritime Museum. A great base to explore the whole of North Devon, there are attractions to suit all tastes and these include RHS Rosemoor gardens, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Park. The picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho! is nearby, known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and amusements. In the evenings, why not relax in the garden or enjoy a glass of wine whilst sizzling something tasty on the BBQ.

There is a short flight of steps leading to the property however, as you enter this single storey retreat, walk through the hallway and the superb open-plan kitchen/diner is ahead of you, stylishly fitted and furnished it’s a great place to cook, chat and enjoy the space as it opens out onto a sunny patio and enclosed garden. Triple bi-fold doors open right out to enjoy the full space on a summer’s day. The kitchen area offers an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer,wine fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate utility room. The dining area offers ample room for everyone to sit around the large table plus there are stools at the breakfast bar for less formal meals. A sofa provides extra seating here. There is a separate lounge area offering a vista across the rooftops to the sea beyond whilst you to sit back and relax on the comfy sofas and watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV/DVD. Just off the kitchen is a separate WC. After a long day, head down the hall where you will find the four bedrooms, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with TV, a king-size with en-suite shower room and WC, a double room and lastly a bunk room with bunk beds. The bathroom has been well fitted with shower over bath and WC.

Outside the enclosed rear garden provides a large patio area with garden furniture and gas BBQ and the lawn area has a swing ball, football nets and children's slide. The front garden is south-facing and is perfect for enjoying the evening sun, there is garden furniture here on the patio and also a large lawn. The property offers off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
