For walkers, you can enjoy the South West Coast Path or explore further afield and visit Clovelly, or a short drive away Valley of Rocks, Lynton and Lynmouth, Watersmeet and Exmoor National Park. For sandy beaches with excellent surfing facilities, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are just a short drive away and all worth a visit.
Located just off the promenade this attractive and contemporary family home is accessed up a couple of steps. Back up to the ground floor a staircase leads up to the first, second and third floors which incorporate five bedrooms. On the first floor you will find a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a 2’6” twin on request) with TV and en-suite shower room and WC, also on this for is a single bedroom and a separate WC. On the second floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC and a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a 2’6” twin on request) also having an en-suite shower and WC.
