This stunning detached property provides a brilliant base to explore the heart of North Devon. Enjoy chilled summer days on the patio with spectacular far reaching sea views.

Boasting brilliant seascapes, sandy days out close to home and space for sociable evenings, escape to this holiday home on the North Devon coast for a getaway to remember. Sleeping eight guests across four bedrooms, spend your days wandering the South West Coast Path, standing up in the surf or hunting out quaint fishing villages before returning home for lively nights in the games room. Emerge victorious and put your feet up in front of panoramic views in the comfortable lounge. The perfect place for family and friends to call home, pack your bags and enjoy a taste of coastal living.

Sitting high above the sea, unpack your bags and take a moment to drink in the glittering colours presented through floor-to-ceiling windows. Begin the celebrations and cook up a storm in the sleek kitchen before popping open a bottle and raising a glass at the dining table which comfortably seats all guests and is a great place to entertain. For sundowner evenings, take a seat on the raised decking and tuck into a sizzling BBQ feast as the sun sets over the water. Liven things up and meet competitive guests in the games room, which doubles up as a snug for that post-adventure peace and quiet. The welcoming lounge is home to terrific views which reach beyond the magnificent island of Lundy, settle down in one of the inviting chairs and admire the vibrant blues and greens as you unwind. Throw open the French doors to let the outside in as you curl up in front of the TV or delve into a book. After days on the beach, rinse sandy feet under the outside tap before leaving picnic blankets, flip flops or wellington boots in the hallway and popping your swimming costumes and shorts in the washing machine. When it’s time to sleep off the sea air, climb stairs to the first floor to rest your head in one of four spacious bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms. There is secure off-road parking for four cars.

Great property with everything we needed and a superb location. The 'landlord' was very helpful, friendly and supportive. Loads of space for 7 adults and plenty of games and the pool table and BBQ. We loved the flowers in the front garden which is unusual for a rental and there is lots of room to park. Thank you for everything. We had a great week.
