Luxury barn conversion with private hot tub and games area, nestled in beautiful countryside, yet close to the North Wales coast. A stunning interior makes this a superb retreat for friends and family.

This impressive barn conversion is designed to surround you with luxury and adventure as you unwind in the glorious countryside of North Wales. It sits in rural seclusion but offers prime access to the sights of the region, from the coast to the north to Snowdonia National Park in the west - plot an active break for the whole family with this delightful property as a base. The barn can certainly support you all, with vast outdoor eating areas, open-plan spaces with traditional and contemporary interiors, and bedrooms that will make your friends back home more than a little envious.

Arrive at the barn and you’ll see what the fuss is all about. A big area of parking, lawn, and seating sits creatively around the property, with the sweeping hills and fields of the landscape beckoning beyond. Head across the patio to enter the first living space, an open-plan area combining lounge, kitchen and diner. The decor is light and peaceful, with playful splashes of colour, all complementing the original features of stonework and timber. Head through to the snug to find even more cosiness. A feature electric fireplace sits beside old beams, making a stylish hangout. And for some real party antics, head out to the games barn, a covered area beside the garden, where a hot tub, table tennis table, and other games make for a great family tournament. When you’ve exhausted the delights of this private outdoor space, head to the bedrooms. Four bedrooms of different shapes and sizes await, including a luxurious master suite, complete with a balcony and en-suite bathroom.

Walk in solitude, bring your dog, or head out for a festive family stroll — a great way to blow away the city’s cobwebs and reset. The village of Llannefydd and its resident traditional pub sits just a mile away. Or, for a little lively town life, head to Denbigh, where you can soak in the local culture. Explore independent shops and eateries, before visiting the splendid medieval fortress of Denbigh Castle, 7 miles from your door. If you’re feeling a craving for the seaside, pack up your shorts and take a scenic drive to the North Wales coast. The popular seaside town of Llandudno is a 19-mile drive away. Stroll along the promenade as the sea crashes beside you or indulge in a round of fish and chips on the beach as the sun sets.
