This beautiful home on the shores of lovely Loch Fyne offers a spacious family home with views over loch and countryside, set in an idyllic rural location

Gaze out across serene Loch Fyne through the glass gable end of this enticing Scottish holiday home. Sleeping eight guests, the four-bedroom property nestles in a wooded setting close to the water’s edge within the village of Minard, 11.5 miles from Inveraray. Ideal for a large family or friends keen to immerse themselves in the dramatic beauty of Scotland, the property offers barn-style accommodation and a generous garden. Venture out on long walks together, take boat tours out on the beautiful sea loch or simply soak up the tranquillity from the house and wander its 45 acres of grounds. Children, in particular, will adore all the outdoor space offered by this splendid property.

Make your way into the Scottish retreat, hanging your jackets and leaving your footwear in the boot room before wandering on through to discover the rest of the accommodation. Find a useful utility space, with a handy washing machine and tumble dryer for whizzing through wet walking gear, plus a WC, and then the kitchen/diner. Prepare hearty holiday meals with the fresh Scottish salmon, seafood and game you have bought locally, using either the AGA or the electric oven. Dine together at the table then amble through to the lounge to stoke up the open fire and watch a film together on the Smart TV. Or settle in the capacious second lounge, with its vaulted ceiling, impressive wall of windows that pull the views right into the room and Smart TV. Also at this level is a family bathroom, plus a double bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, and a bunk bedroom. Climb the stairs to another bunk bedroom and a second double, together with an alternative family bathroom. Spread out into the sunshine of the outstanding garden to watch the children run about and look out for wildlife. Find you have parking for three cars.
