We really enjoyed our stay there. A wonderful welcome basket and a big bottle of milk was left for us, which was a lovely surprise. There were plenty of tea towels and washing up liquid and toilet rolls provided. The whole place was very spacious. The garden was good for the children and dogs to run about in safely. We had a wonderful time at Whistling Jacks. The house is very spacious and as a group of 14, we never felt on top of each other. Being able to walk to the beach was fantastic and there is some lovely pubs for food in the areas.

The cottage was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. The hosts even left a basket of treats including treats for the dogs! The house is beautiful and plenty of space for 11 people and 2 dogs. The beach is only a 15 minute walk and Whitehaven only a 10 minute drive away. We would love to stay again.

We were a family of 8, Grandparents. parents & 2 granddaughters, ranging in age from 11 to 77 years old. There is plenty of internal space, bedrooms & bathrooms. The garden is very nice, but unfortunately the weather wasn't too good, so were only able to use it on the friday we got there. We did a lot of walking, including some of the Coastal path.

A brilliant place for friends or family groups to come together. We had a range of ages from 1 to 70 and it worked perfectly. The living room is ideal and although we were all inside for a lot of the weekend because of the weather it never seemed crowded. The underfloor heating keeps the barn warm and cosy. All agreed we couldnt have found anywhereRead more more suitable than this for the money. All the family want to return to be able to walk down to the beach. Hide
