Lovely cottage, super location, quiet and off the beaten track. Ideal home for a large family/2 families. We were able to have quiet spaces as well as large family areas. Worked well especially with the dogs, a baby and an 88 year old. It is close to some lovely beaches, only 10/15 mins away from large supermarkets. Pembroke Castle and Pembroke DocRead morek Museum are must for history buffs. Fab cottage, super clean and comfy. Loved our stay again. Hide

Another wonderful holiday at West Grove Barn cottages. Always so clean and warm with good facilities and great for dogs. Fantastic location. We have been coming for several years and have always had a great time. Just wondered if it was time to change the mattresses on the beds. Bit uncomfortable this time. Thanks for a great holiday.

Great location overlooking the estuary and only 2 miles from Pembroke castle. The cottage was well equipped and quaint, bedrooms are a little small but adequate. Wooden floors throughout so good for the pets and great powerful showers! Always a benefit!

Lovely views for peace and quiet. The Rowan Barn is well suited for families in terms of numbers of bedrooms and dining space. The rear and only private garden space is ideal for letting your pet out but not great for comfort. Plenty of space at the front of the properties but again would prefer a little more privacy. Property could do with a littlRead moree love here and there but was a pleasant stay. Nice walks down to Pembroke River and associated areas, fresh hen & duck eggs nearby. Hide

The house we stayed in was amazing. It was perfect for a week away with dogs as there was so many beautiful walks right on the doorstep. We had our 15 month old daughter with us and there was a high chair and stair gate for safety. I would definitely recommend friends to stay here and would use this property again for a week away. The property is very well equipped with lots of utensils and very comfortable seats and beds. The bedrooms are quite small and it can be difficult to manoeuvre around some of the bedroom furniture if there is more than one person in the room. I chose to pay for towels, but they werent full size bath towels so I would advise you to take your own. OvRead moreerall a very enjoyable property and I would go back again. Hide

It was excellent for 6 adults and one child. It worked well for us as each couple had a bathroom and the couple with the baby had a floor to themselves.

Cottage location was lovely and was nice to have some holiday neighbours. The barn feels as though it has been kitted out in the most basic sense and with just a little more time, effort and a little bit of spending, it could be much more impressive. We were fortunate enough to stay here for the first week of lockdown restrictions being relaxed. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. As a family of 5 adults with 2 dogs, it was a superb space to spread ourselves out. An excellent base to so many fabulous beaches and coastal walks, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property was ideal for us and our dogs. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. It is a 10 minutes drive to Pembroke and 15 minutes to the lovely Freshwater West. We have stayed in The Beech and Ash which are next to this property and they are all lovely and well maintained. We will return.
