Stunning large property situated in the heart of Brixham, with views out over the valley providing the perfect base for families and friends to explore all that South Devon has to offer.

This Hollywood-esque property sits in an elevated position above the charming, sunny town of Brixham in South Devon. The house looks over the valley, with architect-designed spaces taking unique advantage of the stunning views and seaside atmosphere of the “English Riviera.” Relax and escape the grind with your special chosen people in bright, contemporary rooms. Take the party outside to enjoy your spacious patio, before heading into the sweet fishing village of Brixham, to take in the sight of the boats to-ing and fro-ing at Brixham Harbour.

The property itself is a stylish holiday home. There’s no doubt to its intelligent design — built into the landscape, it collects sun and sea air while offering panoramic views of the bay. The main space is a sociable open-plan living space. Wall-to-wall windows will make you feel like you’re right on the water. A comfy lounge, generous dining space, and handy kitchen are all brought into harmony by natural tones and simple design. Make use of smart devices, including Spotify and HD internet radio, to lend your party whatever mood you choose. Step outside to enjoy a meal or night cap on the patio, which sits beside a suntrap lawn. And when you’re ready to relax, head along to your four delightful bedrooms. Each is a light and stylish space, with subtle, natural decor and stunning views.

Overall a very good holiday home with plenty of space for small children and dogs. Just one shower (which was temperamental) demands good sequencing first thing in the morning. The Hot Cross buns as a greeting were a very nice touch.

The house has the potential to be a lovely holiday home and there are a few nice touches but look beyond the clean white walls and many things are very old, tired and in need of attention. Stopped in the house last week and had amazing time. 4 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space. The house was great and felt quickly like home. Everything that was required was available. The location is good with around a 10-15 min walk into the centre of Brixham. Great stay and would suggest to others.
