Providing cosy accommodation for ten guests, this beautiful stone and wood barn conversion makes a wonderful location for walkers, mountain bikers, canoeists and families exploring this stunning area.

Boasting an abundance of nearby scenic spots and places to explore, this fabulous dwelling is shouting out for adventurers to call it home. Sleeping ten across five bedrooms, and with fantastic open-plan rooms to enjoy sociable evenings, whisk friends and family away to reunite in the glorious Welsh countryside. Welcoming one of your beloved pups along, too, they can join little ones and run free in the garden (shared with another property on-site) before burning off any unspent energy as you explore places such as Llangorse Lake (10 miles), The Warren (6.5 miles) and Hay-on-Wye (7 miles).

Arrive at your home-from-home and make your way into the spacious lounge/diner where beams line the ceiling, adding character and rustic charm. Command a spot on one of the sofas and put your feet up for a while. A great place to unwind after adventurous days, the lounge has a TV, DVD and CD player so you can switch on your favourite film or boogie the evening away. With all the space you need to feed ten hungry tummies, the stylish kitchen has plenty of storage for ingredients and a dishwasher to help make light work of clearing up. Enjoy communal meals at the dining table or take a plate and serve up outside where you can sizzle up feasts on the BBQ and dine alfresco. The children’s play area (shared with the other property on-site) will keep little ones entertained whilst you kick back and sip a tipple under the setting sun. After long days and fun-filled evenings, rest your head in one of five pretty bedrooms, four of which are reached by climbing stairs to the first floor where you must take care of quirky sloping ceilings. Each room is treated to an en-suite shower room so there is no need to queue to freshen up in the morning and you can get going for the day nice and early. There is ample off-road parking.
