A beautiful property surrounded by nature and wildlife with wonderful gardens to explore and play in. The whole area has so much to offer with its spectacular scenery, miles of walking and cycle routes, the stunning coast and numerous market towns, all within a short drive. From the bottom of the drive you can walk to Sawdon Beck in one direction and Raptor View in the other. You can even access the Moor to Sea cycle network. Just a short drive down the road is Wykeham Lakes which is perfect for fishing or you can enjoy a whole host of water activities. The resort town of Scarborough is just a short drive away. Other attractions in the area include North York Moors National Park, Flamingo Land Resort, Eden Camp Modern History Museum and Sewerby Hall and Gardens.

Entering this beautiful property, you are welcomed into the entrance hallway, with space to hang your coats and store your shoes. Head into an impressive open-plan living space with exposed oak beam ceilings and a high quality finish. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the ideal space to socialise together with your family and friends. The stylish kitchen area is well-equipped with everything you will need. While a bottle of wine is opened around the breakfast bar, watch the chef cook, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
