You will be well served on foot within the vibrant village of Kineton, enjoy a morning stroll for milk, bread and papers, or an evening in the one of the local pubs, also boasting an Indian restaurant. A haven for walkers with access to many well marked foot paths, and on the National Cyclist route for keen cyclists. A short distance from Stratford-upon-Avon, a vibrant market town with an exciting all year-round events calendar. A little further south, the heart of the Cotswolds has many traditional villages and market towns to include Chipping Campden, Broadway and Stow-on-the-Wold. This area is also well served by the National Trust with properties and gardens to include, Blenheim Palace, Anne Hathaway’s cottage and gardens and Hidcote Manor and Gardens.

The property enjoys a great location within the heart of the town, well positioned within a street brimming with history. Take the pathway to the front door and step inside, the entrance hall gives way to a utility room with washing machine and separate WC. Next is the dining room where you can enjoy a celebration supper with friends with seating for everyone. Further off the hallway you will find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/breakfast area, a contemporary space which really is the hub of the house. The lounge area offers large sofas which you can sink into and relax after a day exploring and a Smart TV to watch your favourite film. This area opens onto the kitchen/breakfast room, where you have a centre island that’s perfect for keeping the cook company or a planning the day ahead with a coffee. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a rear lobby which is perfect for coats and muddy boots. So, when the day is done climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find the three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and WC and one with an en-suite WC. There is also a twin bedroom. The bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC completes this floor. Climb the stairs to the second floor where there is a double bedroom set within the eaves which enjoys a small dressing area and en-suite shower room and WC.

Step outside onto the patio, this area offers a table and chairs that’s perfect for entertaining, there is also a further area that is laid to lawn. There is secure storage for bikes and roadside parking, subject to availability.

The cottage met more than our exceptions. It was superbly clean, well equipped and great for families. The welcome pack was a lovely touch to start off our holiday. The cottage is situated in a beautiful village, close to nice restaurants and easy access to explore the Cotswolds.

The property is in a quiet village, there is nothing in cottage that I would want to change. It is done to high standard inside and out. Its the first time Ive used this site and if all homes are to this high standard I would definitely use again No one in party had a single complaint Thank You
