This idyllic Grade II listed roundhouse is an ideal place to stay for groups and families with its onsite games room and play areas for children. The house sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms and there are three bathrooms, so you’ll never be fighting for a shower. The cottages are set within 20 acres of farmland where guests can freely explore, and even partake in the daily animal feeding. Boscastle is 3 miles away where you can find shops and other amenities. The nearest pub to the property is less than 2 miles and serves up fabulous food and beverages.

On arrival, guests will be welcomed to the house with a traditional Cornish cream in the lounge/diner. This is a great space to enjoy as a group, as there is plenty of space for all guests to sit around the table playing a game or enjoying a meal. Alternatively, there is the option to settle down in front of the TV and wood burner on the comfortable sofas, watching a film together. The characterful room has exposed stone walls and beans with a spectacular vaulted ceiling. A twin bedroom and shower room is located on the ground floor, while the other bedrooms are upstairs and can be made king-size or twin upon request. The fabulous indoor soft play area is great for young children and an external games room provides the opportunity for competitive sides to shine with pool, table tennis and table football. The external areas of the property are truly wonderful, and there is plenty of room for guests to enjoy a summer’s afternoon or warm evening. There is a lawn area, picnic table, BBQ and seating, which surrounds a fire pit. Plenty of off-road parking is available and dogs are also welcomed here.
