A separate ground floor shower room with shower and WC is also located just off the hallway. A central staircase leads to the first floor and the bedroom areas. Heading outside this coastal house benefits from a patio area, with gas BBQ and furniture and generous mature gardens that meander down to the summer house. This little hideaway has electric, a fridge, basic tea and coffee making facilities and is a great place to relax and enjoy your breathtaking surroundings. Here one has the facility also to recover your boat and moor with an outhaul mooring and slipway (please note this is a tidal creek with usable water depth 3 hours either side of high water.
