With four bedrooms, this modern property can accommodate eight people and two dogs, making it a top choice for a memorable holiday with a large family or group of friends. When you first step inside this property, the wide hallway has space for your coats and shoes. It’s an upside-down layout, so on this floor, you’ll find all but one of the bedrooms. One is a king-size with sliding doors to the garden terrace and a TV and en-suite shower room. There are two further king-size bedrooms on this floor too - one with views across the garden and the other with an en-suite shower room. The ground floor is also home to a family bathroom, a utility room and a double garage. The garage is ideal for keeping any large sporting equipment out of sight while on holiday with a big group. It even has a dartboard for some fun-filled group competitions. Upstairs, find the kitchen, which has all the mod-cons for self-catering while on holiday. The dining room has a table large enough to seat all guests, offering balcony access and countryside views from the windows. There's a snug area too, with a Smart TV and games console. The lounge is a very comfortable space thanks to large sofas and armchairs. There are two balconies off this room with seating so that you can relax and admire the sea views. Finally, the accommodation is completed with a twin room and a family shower room. The garden outside is a fully enclosed space and has a patio terrace with seating for dining alfresco. It’s hard to find fault with the property’s location given how it is just 200 metres from the beach at Harlyn Bay and the South West Coast Path. Or, if you want to discover more of North Cornwall’s pretty stretches of sand, you could try other popular spots such as Treyarnon, Booby’s Bay and Porthcothan - all within 3 miles. Plus, Padstow is under 3 miles away, too, which has plenty of cafes and restaurants from which to choose - all great for seafood. You can join The Camel Trail from the town and take it to Wadebridge. It's suitable for both walkers and cyclists.

Everything you expect and more in a holiday home. Sea views, well equipped, clean , and close to beautiful Padstow. Theres a lovely bar and Pizza Hut on nearby beach , which went down well with everybody and they do great coffee in the mornings when walking the dogs on the beach. We highly recommend this lovely home

A lovely place to stay for large grown up families or groups as every bedroom has its own bathroom. Amazing views of Harlyn bay and great walks. Also several good places to eat nearby and fish and chips in st. Merryn. Very highly recommended.

Another wonderful week spent here.Every available facility was provided. . Easy access to the beach for the dogs. The beach box was excellent for food and drink and the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Comfortable, clean cottage with great views of the coastline and beach. All the bedrooms spacious with own shower/bathroom or ensuite and towels provided. Beach is easy to walk to and lifeguards are in attendance. Perfectly situated to explore further afield. Great coastal walk to Padstow and bus service stops near the cottage. Amazing house plenty of room and all facilities catered for . Location is perfect with the beach just 2 min walk so for all early risers and dog walkers perfect place , very dog friendly . comfy and clean good enclosed garden for your children and dogs so all safe while staying at the house . Excellent week stay and our dogs enjoyed the large garden. The beach was only a stone throw away and three family members enjoyed surfing. Cornish Arms provided an excellent Sunday Lunch.

Perfect position for the beach but be aware surf app recommends not to go in the sea when there has been heavy rain as raw sewage is going into the sea, this affected our use of the beach

Great location for a beach holiday, only 5 minutes stroll to the beach. The beach side cafes at Harlyn provide great selection of takeout food so you dont necessarily have to drive anywhere unless your after something nicer than pub standard food.

Sadly our holiday was significantly affected by roadworks outside the property with works running from 7.30-8pm and a diversion outside the portooert we were not warned about.The owners showed no interest in the affect of this on our holiday and refused to acknowledge or compensate this. This property is in a fantastic location very close to a superb beach. Sadly we encountered a number of issues at the property during our stay. The outside areas (including the balcony areas) hadnt been cleaning for several weeks and were covered in dirt & bird / dog poo. Our April holiday in this house was very comfortable. The house is very well placed for walks on the nearby beach 3 minutes away and the coastal path. The bus stop to Padstow and NewQuay again just 3 minutes away. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

This is a fantastic house. The location is magnificent. The facilities are wonderful. Our children have had a magical week with their cousins. We have had a relaxing week with our family and we really hope to go back soon.

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Good to have garage to bring in sandy dogs and wet clothes and the darts board was fun. Downstairs bathroom would benefit from a shower.
