Popular with children and adults alike is the life-size replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship The Golden Hind – also make time to see the Napoleonic-era forts and incredible panoramas at nearby Berry Head, or embark on day trips to Torquay, Totness, Dartmouth and Babbacombe. There is a plethora of pubs, restaurants and shops in the town to appeal to all tastes, especially if you enjoy sea food.
On arrival at this three-storey property, you pass through panelled double doors into a large, airy hallway with oak flooring. Step through into the spacious lounge with abundant seating, a feature fireplace, tasteful furnishings and a TV. Close by is the fully-fitted kitchen with a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and an adjoining utility area containing a washer/dryer. Next door is the dining room, complete with a large table with seating for eight diners which is perfect for family mealtimes.
