The house was lovely and clean with all facilities you need. TV, Netflix, Amazon and WiFi. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the harbour but Brixham is very hilly so the walk is steep. There is a green field with kids park 2 minute walk away. Parking is in front of bay window and it's tight but we fitted a LWB transit van. Plenty of other parking spacesRead more around, just explore! The garden is tiny only really good for drying clothes or a couple sitting. For two families with dogs it was a great stay! Hide

House was well equipped, beautifully furnished, spotless and spacious. Location was great just a few mins walk to the centre with stunning views on the way. Parking on front for one car, further parking on road outside and round the corner was easy, five of us stayed in the house including a three year old there was plenty of space.

Nice property with a well equiped kitchen. The rooms were spacious with nice furnishings. The beds were comfortable and we were provided with nice bed linen and towels. It was more like a home than a holiday let. Very impressed allround.

Trafalgar House was lovely. Beautifully clean, extremely well equipped, good location, easy to walk into town, harbour etc. and nearby bays. Park nearby to walk dog. My only criticism would be the parking which is extremely tight, we have an Audi A4 which just about fitted into the parking space and there is little parking nearby. We were very comfortable and the kitchen equipments and crockery and cutlery was the best we've experienced in a long time. There is a steep walk back up the hill and whilst walking down was manageable by my 87 year dad - walking back was not really possible. Maybe this should be mentioned. Lovely walks very close by

This is a lovely house in a great location. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beautifully decorated with quality items - but not always suitable for a family. More a home than a rental property. Property management inconsistent. The car parking description was inaccurate.

Overall impression was excellent. The standard of decoration and furnishings could not be faulted. The one thing I found misleading was the parking. It describes there being off road parking and was a major factor in choosing Trafalger House. It might be big enough for a motor bike or very small car, but not for a family saloon.
