Perfect family home for a comfortable stay with everything you need to enjoy and relax, the rooms are spacious and although the property is on a main road its set back so you dont notice any noise. The water feature in the garden was a beautiful addition and lovely to hear with the doors open. The garden and space it perfect for children. Its only Read more5 mins drive from Saundersfoot and 10 mins drive from Tenby so a perfect location. Hide

We all thought Topsham Drive was a lovely house,very spacious and well presented.The outside space was also well equipped with a barbecue and outside furniture and well presented with a nice large garden area and patio area..We would definitely book this property again.

Lovely house, really well equipped. Great location for the beach and costal walks. Saunders Foot and Tenby easily accessible, highly recommended the costal path between the two (lots of ups and downs). Is on the main road but set back. We were aware of the traffic noise in the front bedroom, it wasnt a major problem as the road isnt busy at night, Read morejust something to be aware of if youre a light sleeper or have the windows open. The house was immaculate on arrival. Pleasantly surprised with how spaceous the house was and very well equipped. The garden area is lovely with plenty of room for the children to play and we made good use of the patio and bbq area. Lovely views from the house and back over looks a field with horses. A wonderful spacious family house in a good location,just a two mile walk through country lanes to the beach at Saunderfoot for those who value exercise !!! Plenty of space for all and a lovely garden. The house was clean and very comfortable.
