This contemporary house is arranged over three floors using a conventional design whereby the living area is located on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the first and second floor. Entering the property, you’ll walk into the relaxed open-plan lounge/ kitchen/ dining room leading in to the conservatory that is spacious and light. Neutral shades of furnishings create a calm and tranquil atmosphere, providing the perfect social hub to relax and unwind in together whilst watching your favourite TV shows. The kitchen is sleek and well-equipped with an extending dining table for everyone to gather and socialise around. Leading up to the first floor you will find two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. On the second floor, there are two super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (these can be made up as twins on request), both with en-suite showers. Really lovely place to stay, well equipped and comfortable. Easy walk to dock andl ship harbour close to pubs. Bus stop just up road, best way to see the area and towns nice not to drive everywhere. All in all a very well appointed place with everything we needed. Happy group of six. SILVER TOPS

Wonderful holiday had by 3 generations of our family. Beautiful clean property with 4 large bedrooms and great kitchen / social space. Walking distance to pebble beach, restaurants and harbour. Wonderful coastal walk to sandy beach. Beautiful part of the world!

We enjoyed staying in this fairly new and clean house with 4 ensuite double/king rooms that suited our big family. It was in a quiet location and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and the beach in Charlestown. We highly recommend Top Mast It was our first visit to Charlestown and it wont be our last. The property is at the top of the town in a quiet location, the walk to and from the harbour took only 10-15 minutes, we didnt find the slope a problem. Two couples spent a wonderful week here. We cannot fault the house, location and facilities, in fact we have never had such a well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms spacious, beds very comfortable and everywhere was spotless. The few shops and restaurants are a short downhill walk away in Charlestown, but seemed much further coming back uphill. The property is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped including all the every day essentials such as toilet roll, DW tablets, bin bags, hand wash, towels, kitchen paper, and kitchen equipment. I already knew the area well, but it is well placed in central Cornwall for days out, and Eden and Heligan are particularly close by. the Read moreharbour is just under a 1 mile walk downhill (sorry up hill back to house) and there is a good range of bars and restaurants there. Very comfortable stay for 4 adults, good size kings and doubles ( smallest 1st floor back), good wardrobe space. Lounge and dining could be a bit tight for 8 adults. A beautiful property that looked even better than the pictures. Loved staying there and would highly recommend it to others. Everything was clean and good quality. It had all the amenities I needed and I loved the location. We regularly walked downhill to Charlestown Harbour.
