Nestled in Cornwall’s countryside yet easily accessible to both coasts, a detached reversed level former stables with hot tub and games room is perfect for families and friends coming together.

Tucked away in the Cornish countryside, yet within 2 miles of Ponsanooth village, this is a true countryside retreat and central location for both North and South coasts. Pop to the local pub just 1 mile away and enjoy a hearty meal. Have a go at surfing on Porthtowan or Portreath beaches (10 miles), both with surf hire, cafes and pub. Alternatively head to the south coast at Falmouth which has a plethora of shops, maritime museum, Pendennis Castle to explore and all of this is within just 8 miles. National Trust’s Trelissick gardens and Glen Durgan are also within the same distance.

Upon arrival, you will truly not be disappointed. With a stone exterior and attention to detail throughout the renovation, this is a luxurious retreat for all the family. Enter into a light and welcoming entrance and hang up your coats. As reversed level, you’ll find three of the bedrooms on the ground floor. The huge super-king zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) has wardrobe, dressing table, Smart TV and stunning en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath, separate rainfall shower and WC which is ideal for a long soak after a day exploring your surroundings. The twin bedrooms, (which can be made up as a super-king on request) both have a Smart TV, dressing table and wardrobes. There’s also a family shower room with rainfall shower attachment and WC. The utility room has washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of space to store your welly boots or buckets and spades. Head upstairs into the simply stunning open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with vaulted ceilings, the perfect blend of old and new and superb views across the rolling countryside. The kitchen area has everything you need including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer so create a family feast for all. A door opens up onto a terrace for morning coffee, with steps down to the rear garden. The dining area has seating for everyone so enjoy a lazy breakfast whilst planning your day ahead. Cosy up in the lounge area on one of the comfortable sofas and watch the Smart TV whilst the fire crackles in the background. To the left of the stairs is a WC and then the final super-king bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with Smart TV, dressing table, wardrobe and another en-suite shower room with rainfall shower and WC.
Heading outside, you’ll find the beautiful granite cobbled pathway leading to the parking area and games room which has table tennis and table football. Fencing and hedging enclose the garden which is completely private so you can relax whilst the children and dogs run free. Dine under the stars around the outdoor table with seating for all with the gas BBQ on the go. Completely unwind in the hot tub under the pergola after a day’s exploring or laze on one of the sun loungers. To the rear of the property, you’ll find an enclosed patio area with kennel for the dogs if you wish to head out for a day at the beach. There's also a communal field to let the dogs run free. There’s driveway parking for four cars and additional parking if required.
