This beautiful stone cottage is in a beautiful village, it is clean and well kept throughout. The gardens were lovely and we were delighted to find the little stream along the side of the drive at the rear. We would be happy to stay here again, it was even better than it looked in the website pictures.

It is a beautiful cottage with a well enclosed garden. The village was quiet and pretty, a short drive to the beach. We had a great weeks stay with a toddler and a dog.

The old post office is as beautiful inside as it is out. The cottage has been exceptionally well equipped and provided us with everything we needed for our stay - lots of lovely glass options and plenty of crockery. We really enjoyed our stay at The Old Post Office, lovely location and very well equipped. Beaches a short drive away and we had a lovely Sunday lunch at the nearby White Horse pub.

The cottage is amazing, its large comfortable and very welcoming. The kitchen diner is brilliant and the 2 lounges are great. The garden is big and really great for the dog The village is so quiet too its so peaceful at night . Wed definitely recommend it.

We had an excellent week's stay at this property. The house was clean and well equipped, plenty of space for the 4 of us. Shower room by the back door is generous. The garden is very pretty & we did sit outside & read. It's well situated for days out and near the coast. We recommend West Bay, Burton Bradstock and Seatown for seaside trips. Chesil bRead moreeach is also worth a visit & the cafe there is excellent. We also visited Montacute House & Kingston Lacy, both NT properties & not too far away. Hide

The Old Post Office is in a great location, is very spacious and is well equipped particularly the fantastic kitchen. The beds are large and comfy. The garden is lovely-an ideal spot for any meal of the day. With two living rooms there is plenty of choice for sitting but we spent most of our time hanging out in the fabulous kitchen/dining space. A lovely clean cottage equipped to a very high standard. The property was perfect for us with lots of pots and pans in the kitchen and a bbq in the enclosed garden. Its position is great for visiting all the lovely Dorset countryside. We will definitely book again.

We just had a lovely 4 night stay in this cottage. It is ideal if you want a peaceful get away from it all break. We walked to the two local pubs but you need a car for anything else. The cottage itself is amazing with everything you could need and we loved the sociable kitchen area. The garden is lovely but is not completely secure. Stylish cottage that has been renovated, but retaining character. The kitchen/dining area with skylights is amazing. Well equipped, comfortable and positioned within a quaint and very quiet village. If you want to escape then this is the place to go.
