This property is positioned with water views to enjoy and just a very short walk to the renowned Llawhaden Castle. Narberth is close by and has an eclectic mix of shops, galleries and restaurants. The coast is a little further with stunning beaches in Tenby and Saundersfoot. The village may be restful but is still close to all the major attractions such as Oakwood theme park and Blue Lagoon waterpark, both a short drive away. The local pubs and shops are about three miles away.

Enter this beautiful property via the side door into the entrance hallway with a separate WC. A few steps will lead you in the spacious and characteristic lounge with comfy sofas and a large inglenook fireplace with warming wood burner, perfect for those chilly nights. You will also find the formal dining area set to the left of the lounge area, the perfect space to socialise and reminisce over the day’s events. There is also a door leading to the enclosed garden from the lounge area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with electric oven and electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Just off the kitchen you will find a light and airy sun room with TV and comfy sofa with views across the garden and river beyond. This relaxing space is a retreat after a busy day exploring. To complete the ground floor, you will find a handy boot room with a small utility area homing the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a door leading from the boot room to the lower grassed area. Heading up the stairs from the lounge you will reach the first-floor landing with twin bedroom with waterside views followed by the bathroom with shower over bath and WC and a further spacious king-size bedroom with views over the front of the property. Heading up another flight of stairs will take you to the second floor landing, with two further bedrooms, the first bedroom is a spacious king-size with lots of character, exposed beams and comes with an added en-suite bathroom, with a bath and WC. To complete the property you will find a spacious twin bedroom with a handy en-suite shower room and WC.

A wonderful house with a lovely river to mess about in at the bottom of the large garden. Spacious enough for two families to eat and relax together in comfortably, with spaces/rooms for quiet time. Well stocked kitchen and a handy utility room which you can walk directly into to dump wet things in.
