This property can accommodate twenty-two guests under one roof, meaning that this is the perfect retreat for a family celebration or big get-togethers, with a hot tub, pool table and two acres of grounds.

Set in 2 acres of private grounds, and accommodating up to 22 guests across eight bedrooms, this wonderful converted barn in Suffolk is perfect for large get-togethers in the countryside. The Grade II listed barn is rich with original features dating back to the 16th century and is located near East Anglia's most popular destinations. The property also has easy access to London, spoiling guests for choice with activities.

Inside is a spacious first lounge with vaulted ceilings, where you can sink into large comfortable sofas, warmed by an inglenook fireplace housing a cosy wood burner. French doors overlook the pretty grounds outside, flooding the room with light. Enjoy an elegant group meal in the dining room, which features wooden floors, long table and more French doors providing a stylish backdrop for celebrating. The well-equipped kitchen features wooden worktops, electric range oven and plenty of seating where guests can catch up over morning coffee. A handy utility room also has extra fridge/freezer space so you can stock up for a big reunion. Four bedrooms on the ground floor suit a wide range of needs, with two doubles, one twin and one large room with three single beds, perfect for children's sleepovers. Choose from en-suite shower rooms, a separate shower room, and a bathroom where after a day's exploring, you can sink into a luxurious roll top bath. Up a spiral staircase are a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC, and a king-size with an additional single bed. A second staircase to this floor yields a stunning, exposed beam galleried area with double bed resting in the eaves of the barn. A double room with four-poster double bed with en-suite shower room completes the property. Outside, relax on the decking in a private hot tub underneath the canopy in any weather. Ample outside seating and a BBQ provide an idyllic spot for relaxing in the sun or a spot of outdoor dining or drinks. Pretty, unfenced ponds add to the natural beauty of your surroundings.

17 of us stayed at Doves Barn for a long awaited family reunion. Ages ranged from 1 to 85. We had such a lovely time and the property was so accommodating we hardly found any reason to go out! The barn is spotlessly clean and well equipped with all age ranges catered for. I highly recommend it!!
