Tucked back from the A352, which leads to the county town of Dorchester in the west and the historic walled town of Wareham in the east, this property is ideally placed for touring. The Jurassic coastline and stunning rolling countryside line the route whichever direction you head. The village of Owermoigne itself has a well-stocked farm shop selling both essential supplies and artisan foods. Pack a picnic and hike the coastal clifftops towards Studland Bay (19 miles). Absolutely loved it and hope to stay again. So immaculate yet still so dog friendly. Classy and simply decorated and very comfortable. Lovely and warm necessary after icy swims! Might have been helpful to have shelter for our bikes but we got a dry week. Would have been great for wet, muddy dogs and children but it was dry for us. My only complaintRead more is that I just cant get on with those kind of magnetic hobs! Hide
