Sandwiched between two well-known beautiful beaches along the South Wales coast, this luxury retreat offers as much comfort as it does style – perfect for family gatherings.

Situated on a clifftop along the Glamorgan Heritage Coast, this stunning property offers secluded holiday accommodation for up to sixteen guests. A great base for coastal and rural walks, this imaginatively converted farmhouse offers breathtaking views and is ideally situated close to two beautiful South Wales beaches. A wonderful holiday home for larger families enjoying a relaxing getaway or for groups of friends marking a reunion, this fantastic retreat has been beautifully renovated while retaining plenty of original features including exposed beams, stone flooring and whitewashed stone walls. Featuring a four-poster bed, eight fresh bedrooms, two cosy lounges, a lovely rustic oak pergola in the garden and a stylishly designed kitchen bursting with character, this refreshing, bright and inviting property provides a gorgeous backdrop to a memorable holiday.

Entering this beautiful property, you will find two delightful lounges either side of the main staircase. The left lounge has plenty of seating and an impressive fireplace with a wood burner effect gas fire, providing a snug space to sit back, chat or read a book. The lighter, more open lounge to the right has a Smart TV and plenty of seating, perfect for watching a favourite movie in the evenings. Connecting to both lounges, the elegantly designed kitchen/diner is a pleasure both to cook and share your favourite meals in, and features a large dining table, exposed beams, skylights and a range of useful equipment. The first of the property’s eight beautiful bedrooms is on the ground floor: a spacious, light and welcoming room with a king-size four-poster bed, dressing table and en-suite shower room. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs. A quirky and characterful stone staircase leads to an en-suite double and a children’s bedroom with bunk bed, a Smart TV, Xbox and beanbags. A second staircase leads up to three en-suite king-size bedrooms (one zip-and-link which can be made up as a twin room), each with a Smart TV, plus two pretty, snug-style bunk bedrooms. Stepping outside, the garden features a charming seating area beneath the oak pergola, along with an impressive lawn offering panoramic sea views. From the garden gate you can step onto the clifftop coastal heritage walk.

A wonderful farmhouse, which has been respectfully modernised internally and made a great base for exploring the local Welsh coastline.

A beautiful house. Very comfortable with a layout which is very sociable, working well for large groups. Warm, despite the blustery and wet weather. Spotlessly clean. Good communicaiton and instructions. Highly recommended.
