With five bedrooms and a breath-taking, first-floor lounge, it provides exceptional space for you and your family or friends, in addition to a superb, central Devon location for those who are eager to get out and about in this appealing corner of the county.

Wander into this beautiful barn, which dates back to the 1600s, to discover the incredible, first-floor lounge, where you and your party can spread out in comfort. Luxuriate in this light-filled space, with its high ceiling, many timbers and abundance of windows. Settle in here together to play group games, watch the Smart TV and fire up the wood burner on autumn and winter evenings. The family bathroom and three of your bedrooms are also at this level; these include a king-size bedroom, with en-suite shower room, a twin and a bunk bedroom. Make your way down to the floor below to find another family bathroom plus two more bedrooms: another king-size, with en-suite shower room and a twin. The ground floor is also home to the beautiful, farmhouse-style kitchen/diner, where you can cook together, dine and open the doors on to the sunny terrace. Find a utility room and family shower room down here too. From the kitchen, wander through to the pool whenever you choose. Lace up your walking boots and head out from the barn on scenic walks. Drive 13 miles to reach the edge of Dartmoor National Park, with its myriad of other footpaths and trails and to follow. Plan days out to the coast: go to the beach at Dawlish, 25 miles away, or Teignmouth, 27 miles away. Organise a day out for your party to the vibrant city of Exeter, 12.5 miles away, where you can all go shopping, dine out and visit the famous cathedral. The National Trust’s Knightshayes, set on the beautiful Killerton estate, 11 miles away, is also a lovely place to spend time if you enjoy stately homes.

This was an amazing holiday accommodation. A really beautiful barn conversion, comfortable and spacious. We literally had everything we could want for a large party of people including cupboards full of kitchen equipment. The pool of course was such a bonus - lovely and warm and very clean. Thus was a lovely property set in an idealic surrounding, coming from the city it made for a very relaxing and comfortable holiday. The property is very bright and airy with plenty of room for the 12 of us that stayed there. Would definitely return and definitely recommend.

We brought all the family together here for a lovely stay in early 2022. The place was clean, there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, and all fit around the dining table. The pool was excellent, and the deer in the garden helped getting little ones up early! The countryside around the property was great You can really only get theRead morere by car, and it could be a tricky drive, especially at night if you've been out. First class accommodation and extremely well equipped. We were worried about staying anywhere because of covid but the whole place was absolutely spotless and the owners were so friendly and kind. Highly recommend a stay here.
