The Swallows Rest is a real home from home. The house has all the kitchen equipment to cater for several people. The treats in the hamper were much appreciated. The games room was excellent too. Swallows Rest is a lovely place to stay for a large family holiday. There's plenty of room to spread out and the Games Room is a definite bonus for teenagers, especially when it's raining! We had a fantastic time in Swallow's Rest. A great venue for 3 families to spend time together, the host, Suzie was lovely and very helpful. The play barn was greatly appreciated on a wet day and the kitchen was a great place to spend time together. We have already booked for next year.

Cottage and games barn brilliant, excellent location for visiting the coast. All 3 families (11 of us) ages ranging from 9yrs to 70yrs loved it and we would certainly stop there again.

The cottage layout is designed around larger groups, not that it couldn't be used by a smaller party. The garden bedroom ideal for those escaping younger members! This house is absolutely perfect for family celebrations, the games room was the best part and the space in the house is great. There was 8 of us plus a baby for my mums 60th and we cannot be grateful enough to Suzie and Simon for letting us stay in their beautiful home.

Amazing holiday cottage and games Barn. This place is beautiful, as a large family group we had a fantastic holiday. Accommodation clean and had all equipment. The cottage is the perfect location for group gatherings. The area is so peaceful and the cottage provides a great base for day excursions but also provides everything you would need for days in. Amazing stay! The cottage had everything we could need - we had 4 generations under one roof and this stay catered for them all (from ages 18 months to 85 years - including teenagers). The play barn was such a great features and Simon and Suzy were such great hosts! Hopefully, we will be back again soon!

Fantastic, well equipped barn conversion. The owners were super helpful with advice. We booked this for my husbands 60th Birthday to spend time with our family, our children, their partners and our 4 Grandchildren and it was the perfect property!
