Traditionally styled and sympathetic to the property’s past, many of the farmhouse's original features have been retained, from exposed beams overhead to beautiful exposed brick fireplaces. A rich palette of reds, browns and warm wood can be found throughout the ground floor creating a cosy, homely feel for all guests who visit. Head to the living room for relaxation with your loved ones to experience the charming ambience of the space which features a wood burner, exposed beams and plenty of sumptuous seating for relaxation. Ideally situated for a range of outdoor adventures, you can take your pick of days out on the coast and in the countryside with Seaton Beach (8 miles) and Sidmouth Beach (14.5 miles) both offering an enchanting seaside experience. Active adults and children alike will be thrilled by a day trip to Wildwood (11 miles) for their amazing range of animals and 30-metre zip line, or Go Ape (28 miles) to climb through the treetops. Over in Budleigh Salterton, the botanical gardens of Bicton Park are fantastic for multi-generational groups, encompassing a range of play areas, beautifully manicured outdoor spaces and a garden centre.

real in the county feel on the farm , great number of people 16 for gathering family or couples having enough on site to do games , some of the bedrooms were grand, dinning room great space as kitchen and games room two hot tubs worked very well ,very hot. also held a dinner party had caterers in for the most wonderful meal local company milkshed wRead moreould recommend 100% is place also a mention to the owner Rebecca lovely Lady Hide
