The traditional Victorian seaside town of Swanage is known for its beautiful sandy beach, promenade and pier. The town centre is home to a great selection of independent shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés as well as activities for all the family including pedaloes for hire and crazy golf. From here you can easily tour the beautiful Purbeck Hills or head 5.5 miles to the west and explore the old quarry at Winspit. The popular sites of Kimmeridge, Old Harry Rocks, and Lulworth Cove are also within reach. A chain ferry runs from nearby Studland across to Bournemouth and Poole, where you can indulge in some retail therapy, or simply relax on the unspoilt beach, which is backed by sand dunes and a nature reserve.

A step leads up to the front door into this end of terrace property. Once inside you are met with a welcoming hallway complete with feature flooring. Immediately to the right is a beautiful lounge with open fireplace, bay window and Smart TV. Heading further down the hallway you will find two steps, which lead into the stunning kitchen/diner.
