A detached property that enjoys a great location and room enough for eight guests in four bedrooms. Dogs are allowed to stay too, and with so many walks on nearby beaches and in the New Forest for you to choose from, they’ll definitely be very happy. Other guests will enjoy getting away from it all here, and relaxing in this well-appointed, stylish home.

When you enter through the front door, you’ll come to a bright hallway which also has a door to a downstairs WC. The lounge, to the left, is a bright room with plenty of space to kick back and relax. It has comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a bay window. Towards the back of the property, there is an open-plan kitchen incorporating a diner. The space benefits from opening out into the garden, and has everything you need to rustle up tasty dishes when on holiday. It’s flooded with light thanks to large windows and a conservatory area where you can eat. Back through to the hallway, you’ll find the stairs which take you to the sleeping accommodation. Two of the bedrooms are double rooms, one of which has its own en-suite. The final bedrooms are a twin room and a bunk, which are both great for children sharing. All bedrooms without their own en-suite can use the family bathroom. Back downstairs, the garden is accessed through the dining room. As it’s south-facing, you’ll find that you can bask in the sunshine when the weather allows. You can easily relax and eat outside thanks to the garden having a BBQ and plenty of furniture. Inside the garage, there’s a games table which can be used for pool, air hockey and ping pong. Perfect all-weather fun!

Mudeford is a suburb of popular Christchurch and has its own expanse of sandy beach. There are lots of places you can choose from to eat here, while Mudeford Quay makes a great trip too. If you want to go for a good walk, you could head to Hengistbury Head, or go along the coast for a mile to Highcliffe, which is home to Highcliffe Castle. Capability Brown landscaped its gardens. Other places to head for pretty landscapes are the nature reserves near the property, or even the New Forest National Park.

What a wonderful find! We had a great long weekend here - a real home from home, very well equipped with everything you could need. With only a short walk to both the beaches and parks, the location is ideal, and for us plenty parking for family travelling separately and both pets allowed was a real bonus. We would definitely come back again.

We felt at home straight away. Lovely house for a multi-generational family and ideal location close to park for dogs and young children as well as beach short walk away.

We were pleased with ease of booking and the property web site description . The facilities and equipment were very good . Cleanliness was good and we're fussy. The decor was well done and suitable . The location gives good access . A list of supermarkets could help but we knew Waitrose in Christchurch .
