Sleeping ten guests across five bedrooms, this warm and welcoming farmhouse is the perfect accommodation for a group family holiday with children and teenagers. Two lounges provide space for the whole party to relax in at their leisure, and a separate games room and outdoor play area will keep kids of all ages entertained and happy. The property is wonderfully located for you to be able to fully experience the delights and sights of North Devon, especially the many beaches that line this stretch of coastline. Saunton Sands (11 miles), Putsborough Beach (13 miles) and Woolacombe Beach (13 miles), to name a few, are all within driving distance. Pack a picnic and bucket and spades into the car, and gather your group together for a day of sun, sea, and golden sand.

After a day spent exploring, return to the comfort of the farmhouse and put clothes in need of a refresh into the handy utility room. The stylish open-plan kitchen/diner is the very epitome of country charm, with attractive wooden furnishings and a seat for everyone at the dining table. Cook up a storm and serve a delicious meal; while you eat, plan adventures for the days ahead. After a large meal, guests can gather together in the lounge for a film in the warm glow of the wood burner. Boasting additional living space, the property also gives you the option to retire to the second lounge – which has its own open fire set into a charming stone surround – to lose yourself in a good book in peace. Kids and teenagers will head straight for the games room, for their own film night or to browse the consoles, games, and books on offer. As the evening winds down, choose one of the pretty bedrooms to rest your head for the night. There is a bathroom with a roll-top bath (with its own hand-held shower attachment) and separate shower cubicle, as well as a shower room. Outside, there's space for everyone, whether they'd prefer to sit back on the garden furniture and chat, play games on the large lawn, or light the BBQ.

This is a lovely home for a family holiday. It is very spacious and well equipped, very clean and comfortable. It is also situated well to explore the area (Woolacombe, Lynton/Lynmouth, Croyde are all a fairly short drive away). We also really appreciated the cream tea which was very welcome after a long journey. We would definitely stay here againRead more and would recommend it to family and friends. Hide

Had a lovely week celebrating my husband's 70th birthday, with 10 members of our family. A lovely spotlessly clean cottage with everything you could possibly need. Lots of things for the children to do including goal nets in the garden which Harry loved. We had a lovely walk over the fields and you are within reach of many lovely places. An excellent home for a holiday. Very roomy, clean and well equipped. The dishwasher broke down on Boxing Day. It was replaced before the end of the day. Impressive. Very friendly hosts, without being at all obtrusive. Highly recommended.
