Beautiful cottage in a lovely little village with a great pub directly opposite the house. The owners thought of almost everything and left a very nice hamper plus other nice goodies such as wine, tea bags, coffee, milk etc. The facilities were great and plentiful.

Lovely property. Well equipped. Hot tub & BBQ hut were a really great bonus. Welcome hamper was much appreciated. Took advantage of the pub directly opposite, eating there twice, would definitely recommend.

Excellent accommodation for a family with children. Great location for peace and quiet but with easy access to some excellent beaches. Westward Ho! great for families with small children. The Bell pub opposite the house was great for food.

Fantastic accommodation very clean and spacious we used the hot tub every day the games room was a good addition and the bbq hut was amazing the photos on the website really doesn't do it justice . Only downside in our opinion is its a little bit out of the way .

We stayed at the Roscarna and there is only really one way to describe it, which is WOW. What an amazing house it is. And all the little extras provided is amazing. We arrived at the cottage to find a lovely welcome hamper with wine, prossecco, crisps and cake which was a lovely touch. The cottage is well equipped and hot tub is good. Location is good as easy to venture off to different places. Pub over the road was good and food was lovely.

Roscarna is such an amazing house, we went there for our honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for better. The hottub was so nice to use at the end of the day of visiting a few local places. The bedrooms were comfortable. The dogs loved the garden and laying infront of the log fire at night. We will definitely visit again.

Great property, its so spacious and definitely big enough for 8 people! Even the little things are provided for, dishwasher tablets etc. great hamper on arrival including dog treats & bowls! Weve just come back from a long weekend away. The house was perfect for what we wanted. It was so well equipped for a self catered house and had everything we could have needed, including bowls for our dogs who came away with us. Such a lovely family property, there was 7 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs . We had plenty of room and we found the property so spacious and very comfortable. Absolutely beautiful property! The little extras were so lovely eg hamper, dog bowls/biscuits. Buckets & spades. If I had any recommendations it would be garden furniture. We travelled as a family with grown up and younger children and we all had a great stay. We made full use of the hot tub and the games provided at the property. The house was very well presented and comfortable and we loved the fact that we could bring our dogs. A lovely holiday home. Beautifully decorated and the layout is great with plenty of space. Very comfy beds. Big wrap around garden - great for children and dogs. BBQ hut was fun, hot tub was lovely. Parkham village is lovely and peaceful, enjoyed quiet evening walks to see the sunset, visited the childrens playground 1 min from the house and The BeRead morell Inn 5 seconds away! Hide

A fantastic property in a great location for accessing places in North Devon, it more than deserves the 5 stars we rated it. The welcome pack was a nice surprise and the grandchildren soon opened the chocolate biscuits. We will definitely be back to experience more of what the county has to offer.

Really well equipped house. Very comfortable. Loved the BBQ hut & hot tub. Games room also a bonus, even though the good weather meant we didn't really need it. The Bell Inn opposite was a bonus -excellent food & welcoming hosts!

Great secluded garden for the dogs, with a handy utility for dog bowls etc. Hot tub was a highlight and situated in a very private and pretty area of the garden. One of our guests had suffered a fall prior to the holiday and had a muscle injury in her leg. The hot tub worked wonders with the healing process. Fantastic stay at roscarna. The pub At the end of the drive was fantastic. The hot tub great fun. And the enclosed dog garden was a dream. The fact that this house is so n one level- made our trip. All the family could enjoy with ease.

The property was lovely and full of high spec facilities, beds were comfy and lots of space. Location isnt the best unless you want quite and rural, one pub which was a stones throw away which was great but nothing else really for 50 minute drive and the roads were small and winding... north devon not a favourite of ours

A bit of a late booking but a pleasant surprise. Very clean, good space and the complimentary basket of treats was a nice touch. The smallest bedroom with the double is quite a small room so if two people using it hopefully they k is each other very well!

Fabulous bungalow very clean with comfy beds good quality bedding and towels good sized bedrooms .Great hot tub .You have to see barbecue hut to believe it truly wonderful.large gardens . Nothing in village only pub right opposite but was unfortunately closed due to virus but reopened day we left what luck
