Through to the dining room which is a bright and airy space with a table to host a celebration dinner to remember which seats 20 at ease. Just off this space is a second sitting room with pool table for a spot of after dinner fun, the room also offers comfy sofas and TV. The spacious country kitchen is a dream to cook in with flagged floors and a warming Aga that add to the country retreat. Much thought has gone into equipping the kitchen and it provides everything you need for your special stay including an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a chest freezer and a dishwasher there is also a farmhouse dining table which is a great spot for breakfast. Just off the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Going upstairs to the first floor you will find four bedrooms, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with en-suite shower room, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with additional bunk bed and en-suite shower room, a family room with a double and an additional single bed and en-suite shower room and finally a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) which is across from the stunning family bathroom with roll top bath and large separate shower. Taking the stairs to the second floor where you will find a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) bedroom with en-suite shower room with shower and WC, a further super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) bedroom and a final super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) bedroom with an additional single bed.
Outside there are multiple seating areas to enjoy the summer sun. Surrounded by rolling hills and stunning views this is a perfect place to sit and relax with a cold drink and enjoy the country air with family and friends. There is a hot tub ideally located to take in those views, and if you are feeling energetic the three acre footgolf course provides some fantastic fun that you won’t forget in a hurry. The property is approached via a long country lane and provides ample off-road parking.
