The property is beautiful with even more beautiful views! We had one small issue with the plumbing which was sorted very quickly whilst we were out for the day, with no distribution to our stay! The lady that owns the property was very kind and polite and the property was no longer than a half an hour drive from where we wanted to be!

A really lovely, quality cottage. Clearly recently refurbished, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is stunning. Parking is very easy. Quite remote but easy drive to all the northern lakes and penrith is a lovely town, a short drive away. Suited us well for driving on to Scotland.

Beautiful cottage, though the photographs were rather artistically taken and didn't show how overlooked the property was. That being said, we chose the house for the one view, which it had accurately portrayed, and its comfort factor, which it completely was. I suffer from back issues so needed good beds, and this one certainly had that. And wonderRead moreful facilities also. Would certainly choose again. Even if it was closer to the motorway than we'd have liked. All in all lovely property. Hide

We stayed here for a family break and had a great time. The kitchen is well equipped and is a large social space. The lounge is cosy with picture like views, very nice! It's very conveniently located near the motorway and near the lakes and local attractions.

We had such a lovely stay at Ravencroft. It was truly perfect for what we needed, very clean and everything felt brand new inside. It was a surprise for my mums 60th and due to the bad weather we spent a lot of time in the house and it was so lovely and cosy. Had everything you need and was only a short drive from some of the most beautiful places.Read more Would definitely recommend, thank you for a lovely stay! Hide
