The owners had thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious living areas with TV and Wi-Fi. We really loved this cottage. Both house & garden were perfect. We were a little surprised at the amount of traffic that used the B2129 but it didn't impact upon our stay. We were on a walking holiday and the area had an abundance of beautiful riverside and hilltop footpaths. The bottle of wine and the biscuits were much appreciated. Thank you.

The welcome pack was probably the best we have received over the years, and it includes wine! The cottage is spacious, clean and well equipped with quality equipment. Plenty of attention to detail. The garden is pretty and there is a good barbecue and loads of outdoor games, some of which we used even though we are in our 70s ! We had a lovely time. Cottage has pretty much every thing you will need. At least two great hikes that you can do straight from the cottage: 1) Footpath to Cross Keys Inn, down through the village, up to Coppet Hill and back along the river (~6.5km 190m climb); 2) Footpath along the river to Symonds Yat Rock and Symonds Yat (8-14km dependent on rouRead morete, 230m climb). Only advice: The cottage is 5 miles from what a townie calls a supermarket, the nearest are in Ross. So come prepared for 1st night. Hide
