This is a lovely cottage with amazing views across the river to Fowey. The big window seat was a favourite spot for everyone. There was plenty of space for our party of 7, bright and airy with very comfy beds. Easy access to long coastal walks. There isn't a lot to do in Polruan itself, which was fine by us, but a car is needed for getting out and Read moreabout. We had a lovely stay and would return to this comfy cottage again. Hide

The views and cottage are beautiful was bit sealed for my parents but we managed. The road outside is bit dodgy and we arrived late so was bit difficult in dark but we found it. But the cottage and everything was very lovely.

Charming, slightly rustic semi- detached bungalow which we really liked. Beds were comfy and kitchen though tiny, was well equipped and everything worked. WiFi was good - tested by teenage son with gaming addiction! We liked the window seat and decking with lovely views. Ideally situated for us as we wanted walks with the dog, with several beaches Read morea short drive and/or walk away, a short steep walk to two pubs and Fowey ferry (40 return for 8!). Village shop was closed. Hide

Fantastic property with great views in a beautiful location. There's a cool decking area outside with a bench\table you can eat at whilst looking over the river to Fowey, with steps down to the enclosed garden, good for dogs. The house itself is spacious, welcoming, comfy and very well equipped. The girls loved having a really big bath tub and the Read moreshower above the bath is great (better than the 2nd not-so-power shower). Our 8 month old loved it and could navigate around in her walker :-) Hide
