Lovely cottage, very rural and tucked away, yet within a couple of miles of amenities. Great for large groups who love the tranquillity of the countryside It was alive with birds, and it was so lovely to hear a cuckoo again. There were 14 of us, plus two dogs, and the cottage is laid out in such a way that you feel like you have your own area. You Read moredon't really hear each other. Fantastic weekend with my friends. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to texts, as well as being very friendly in person. The cottage was well equipped and very clean, and one of the cheapest we found for the numbers we had staying. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying in Pen y Heol. We spent New Year here as a group of friends whose children have grown up together. We play a lot of games as a group and the huge lounge with ample comfy seating, as well as the outdoor space, works brilliantly for us. Fabulous location. Great value for money. Many thanks for having us back.
