Choose both comfort and convenience when you book this spacious property. Set in the Cornish seaside town of Bude, the four-bedroom holiday home could be the perfect place for you and your loved ones to escape to. Close to an array of shops, cafes and restaurants, it is also well positioned for fabulous Summerleaze Beach, which is popular with families and groups of adults alike as it is a great spot to swim, surf and dip in the sea pool. Find this well-presented, two-storey property also boasts a sunny garden, where you and your party can continue the fun after your days out, with BBQs and drinks in the fresh air on summer evenings.

Open the front door on to this inviting property, which sits in a tranquil location, and wander into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Put the kettle on and make everyone a cup of tea to enjoy with the freshly baked scones you have bought in a local bakery and open the bi-folding doors on to the garden on fine days. Find your favourite programme on the Smart TV and then decide what to prepare for dinner. In addition to an electric oven and hob, find the Aga is on throughout the colder months and is ideal for slow roasting delicious dishes. Dine in here together and find there is also a handy utility room, with WC, close by. Amble through to the main lounge after dinner to fire up the wood burner on chilly evenings and watch a film together on the Smart TV. At the end of each busy day, climb the stairs up to the first floor where the family bathroom, a twin bedroom, a bunk room and a king-size, with a Smart TV, are all situated. Adjacent to the main house, find an annexe with its own lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom, featuring a Smart TV and delightful double cabin bed, which is accessed by a ladder. There is also an en-suite shower room. Wake up to take breakfast out in the garden on sunny mornings and play games with the children out here on the raised lawn. Discover there is plenty of parking at the house.
